      Pros

      Great people and benefits but people in New Jersey not in touch with other sites. Tyr to spread that east coast mentality throughout the US and it does not work.

      Cons

      They will get rid of you after 60 years of age right before retirement regardless of the number of years you have.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
