      nice campus, good location, easy commute health benefits are competitive 401k match decent vacation time they have 2 two fitness centers

      Cons

      IT outsourcing, no job development or career path. Town halls more corporate babble then engaging the employee

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
