      Pros

      Good stable environment. Some of the best people can be found here.

      Cons

      People can be too complacent. Certain groups of middle management are not interested in the development of their employees. Older engineers are sometimes not held accountable.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
