Pros
Standard benefits, hybrid office policy.
Cons
Weak senior leadership sets the tone. Constantly shifting priorities, and regular cuts to headcount - rather than take experienced employees and move them, they wipe the slate clean and start with new hires. The churn brings in new people who are impressed by the BD name and history. The good ones quickly become disillusioned by the inefficient systems, absurd politics, and surprising lack of ethics. Bottom line, a good place to park while you look for another job. *Some individual businesses are better than others, proceed with caution if you are looking.
