      Pros

      Nice people, mostly, with several amazing talents and a remarkable quality standard in outputs.

      Cons

      Possibly the worst organization ever: usual workflows are constantly disattended, hierarchies are not respected, accounts usually behave as creative directors. Nobody explains you what's happening, you have to figure out by yourself.
