Racist employees, HR does nothing. They tried to remove our red pens due to a superstition??? Over worked, management is clueless and gives special treatment to their friends while neglecting employees that work hard. Designers are all over the place and don't have clear direction. You have 2.5 minutes to fit garments and you have to take your own notes. I literally started having panic attacks working here. During covid they expected everyone to be in office 5 days a week. Regardless of train delays and no one was wearing a mask. So that shows you how much they care about employees.

Some people I worked with were great.

It’s not a performance driven company. Instead, it’s political and there is a lot of favoritism. It’s disorganized. Employees are overwhelmed and over worked. Long work hours.
