Pros
The level of experience gained from BCBG is priceless as highly visibility projects and leadership opportunities are presented on a daily basis. Employees have access to the Senior Management Team as the company is fully supportive of maintaining an open door policy. The workforce is also very diverse as BCBG is truly a community of individual's from every ethnicity, race, religion and culture. In addition to the above it easy to gain support for high impact, low budget, common sense projects - if you seee something that needs to be done Senior Management will not stand in your way toward completion.
Cons
The technology and resources required to maximize productivity and administrative efficiency are not available. In the same manner that I love the ability to drive high impact, low budget, common sense projects I also feel that certain project management qualifications should be established in an effort to restrict unqualified individuals from leadership roles. In addition the work conditions are difficult to deal with as the Corporate Office is old, dirty and located in a horrible area. Associates are also required to park at offsite parking lots and communite to the Corporate Office using a Company Shuttle which can add up to 45 minutes to your travel time.
