HR Department is the worst place to work in this company - Anonymous employee BC Partners Employee Review

Senior Management do not know what their objectives are. CEO has been replaced and has not proved himself. Senior management can bend rules for themselves. However they make their employees follow rules. I am surprised to see that they do not even follow meeting etiquettes. No value is given to employee's knowledge or experience. They are just used as their manager's assistant. No opportunity is given to employees to prove their good work.
