Cons
They are quick to put you on a chopping block if you don't get the hang of things within 90 days and they are very outward about it. That can could cause new team members to feel undervalued right away.
I have seen people with MSW backgrounds mishandle employees diagnosed with ADHD. I have also seen people judge their colleagues because of their sexual orientation which I found extremely uncomfortable.
Leadership can be unapproachable at times and irritable too.
You have to drive there will be wear and tear added to your car.
I have a had a colleague mention to me about one of the leaders being gay in a very judgmental way and that was very uncomfortable for me as well.
I don't even think they have Case Management System so you have to do everything via PDF cheap and annoying.
The culture is not that great the morale is very low but that's just my experience.
