      Good medical benefits they cost too much though

      Cons

      They micromanage, they don't offer raises, they don't care about their employees, and they have a lot of favoritism. No growth in the company and if they do give you a lead title you're not getting compensated.

      Cons

      California has medical minimum wage which is a good send but Bass notoriously pays employees as little as possible. Little to no employee appreciation and limited benefits. Extremely high turnover due to low pay. Bass is a large enough medical group to offer employee compensation like John Muir does.
