Great people to work with. Good compensation and benefit packages. Large geographical footprint allows for many developmental opportunities at other site locations.
Cons
BASF is so large that many of the smaller sites are being mismanaged without consequence or notice form parent company. Many employees feel disrespected and unappreciated by local leadership teams.
