Excellent in terms of leave benefits and promotion policies. Job security. Housing facilities and schooling for children are one of the reasons which makes you stay in the job.
Cons
Vacillating vision of organisation with change in the head. Poor human resource management. The organisation fails to understand the type of manpower requirement which led to formation of inverted pyramid in the hierarchy.
