Pros
Little Micro Management. Have flexibility
Cons
The employees are not very skilled. Most of them are diploma engineers who mostly talk big but lack real competence. The salary range is extremely low—possibly one of the lowest in Bangladesh. Ironically, the company often fails to pay salaries on time. I have seen many senior officers who did not receive their salaries for four to five months.
When it comes to TA/DA, they only provide TA, not DA. This might be the only company I’ve heard of that does not reimburse travel expenses properly. They don’t even cover rickshaw fares and sometimes suggest walking instead.
The sales culture is highly toxic. Most sales engineers are diploma holders who have little idea of what they are doing and just roam around as they please. Regarding female employees, the environment is also very toxic. They tend to dislike each other, create divisions, and make the workplace extremely unhealthy.
There is a GM named Raad who mainly flatters female colleagues and doesn’t seem to contribute much beyond that.
