      Pros

      Easy and fun culture, amazing location -- (literally steps from the sand), roof deck, full insurance coverage, ability to pick your hours, unlimited PTO (but a get everything done bottom line), and good people. Seems like former employees have had some grievances... some people seem to have grievances but have no actual backing with the company... nice place to work.

      Cons

      Parking can be difficult at times, can be irregular weather as no AC so full windows/open air, occasionally disorganized

      - Focus on actual client results rather than service delivery and deliverables - you get to learn industry leading strategies and innovative growth tactics - I've been working on the BAMF blog content and SEO and growth marketing initiatives, and it's great to work with a team that knows what their goals are and what they want. -You get the freedom to experiment, learn and execute as you see fit, with the support of the management.

      Work remotely? I don’t think this guy has a real business.

      This company has burned every relationship it has - including with contractors and clients.
