Cons

Very small company with no real growth. Management micromanage to the point where you have to make a request for staples for your stapler. There is no career growth potential at all and no loyalty what so ever. No benefits what so ever. Management is offended if you make a suggestion for change and are premadonas. Pay is very low and not reflective of industry standards especially when you look at benefits and pay together. Sales is a revolving door. In. out. in out.
