      Above average pay, atmosphere, positive culture, plenty of opportunities to advance, and lots of benefits.

      Cons

      The management style lends itself to little disciplinary action being take, this results in quite a lot of low performing employees hanging on until the next RIF. RIF’s typically occur every 1-3 years and they typically include the lowest performing employees.

      - Great Programs that bring consistent challenges - Good Benefits - Feels Stable - Employees at Space and Mission Systems division are incredible and fun to work with!

      - Got rid of Ball Aerospace Pension which is a huge mistake.
