Pros

This is a great place to grow in your career. Yearly opportunities are provided for your career development. Past employers have said they will help but only will if "their" schedule allows it; this place will provide you the time and budgeted money to aid in your goals as a professional. There is a 9 day/80 hour work period, which allows for an extra day off in a 2-week period.

Cons

At times, the level of personal responsibility tends to be overlooked to the point of no accountability. It makes you feel like there is no competitive salary benefit when you succeed and others do not. For the last 3-years, there has been an annual lay-off for both union and salary workers; it's generally a small handful of people, This lay-off usually consists of redundant or obsolete positions, but it reminds you of how insecure your job might be.

Pros

My pros are my manager and team coworkers. Outside of that not really a fan. I do well at what I do.

Cons

Honestly, ever since new management has come for the upper VPs and directors, a lot has shifted for the negative. Feels very micromanaging when we were told we were doing fine at home and there was no reason to have us come back in the office. Now suddenly we’re being forced back to the office. Other departments and I don’t really get along because there’s a bunch of petty people just trying to get others in trouble and all I’m doing is trying to do my job. Where I am at, everyone just talks all day and then complains about how much work they have.
