Good working conditions, kind bosses, flexible working hours, interesting work, and a pretty decent social scene when a night out goes ahead.
Cons
Barrow-in-Furness can be a dull place with little to do for those who are used to cities, especially university cities. There is almost nothing of art or culture, and very poor shopping.
