Pros
I felt that the quality of the people I worked with was very high; focused, knowledgeable and good team players. If you enjoy technology, then Detica is definitely a good place to work for technically focused individuals.
Cons
Detica has has some challenges given the current market conditions and aligning with BAE Systems expectations. They are continuing to change as a business, I hope they suceed in their future endeavours.
