Without a doubt, the people at BAE AI are absolutely the very best (technical, BA's, Project Managers, Pre-Sales, Engineering) - everyone is of exceptional high calibre - energetic, passionate, team players and driven to deliver the very best to the team they work in and ultimately to the customer. Julian Cracknell recently took the helm as Managing Director (June 2017) - Julian has been with the firm 5 years - he is a people person and will undoubtedly implement a very positive culture and address challenges head on.
Cons
People are working extremely hard to deliver to customers, I don't believe they get the recognition they deserve from a salary perspective, bonuses are based on company wide success, but given the difficulty of building business in the US, the bonus pool for UK and Asia Pac is impacted.
