      You get a chance to make a difference in other people's lives other than your own. Teamwork and integrity is valued here.

      Cons

      The biggest challenge is that it is a 24/7 life and it can take a lot out of you emotionally because expectations never go away.

      Pros

      There no pros. this company is run by egocentrics and maniacs.

      Cons

      They are just despicable. Turn out rate is trough the roof and middle and upper managements are there to wip and enslave every worker. No mobility and no interest in teaching.
