No input from employees, its just do it this way and no other way. allways getting threated with firing. having to take pic and document everything to cover your self, its everyone for them self NOT a team enviroment. two years before PTO and three for P.S. Med is ok rest is medicore at best. Co is cheap spends as little on maitence as possable to boost the profit share sending delivery vehicles out in unsafe cconditions and frequently overloaded. most days work 12 -18 hrs leaves almost no home time. most employees burnout in less than a year.
