Friendly colleagues, good social/team meals and meetings.
Cons
Underpaid, understaffed (employees including management are resigning/being fired and not being replaced), forced overtime or told you risk losing your job for not being "flexible", supervisors and management are rarely there to help in bad situations/customer complaints - spend all their time in the staffroom eating KFC.
