Cons
- No training provided on company policies, the day in the life of a Leader or on the specifics of the area I covered - No training on products within the area I worked in, or anything within the store - Deliveries were never completed, meaning they weren't completely put out on the shop floor or in the warehouse, we were constantly working through delivery on a skeleton crew - Customers were not prioritised as much as they should be - Till software is very slow and you need to have a brand new 6 digit pin daily to log in with, or, login with your full B&Q login which takes ages - Not enough handsets to locate products from deliveries, see if we had stock of a certain product for customers, pricing and management tasks - Not enough people trained on the paint desk or timber saw - Rotas being changed last minute and not being told about it - Communal areas had no AC which meant the summer time was really uncomfortable during lunches
