      Pros

      -Consistent 3% Annual Raises -Consistent $2500 Annual Bonus -Consistently provide additional paid holidays -Varied Work -Knowledgeable staff -Sick time allowance merged into the standard PTO -Excellent project managers/senior engineers -Pay is fair based on qualifications and experience

      Cons

      -Very cold principals with zero empathy or personable skills -In fact the principals treat people so poorly, whole departments are being depleted due to people seeking other work -Efforts not commended nor recognized -No real opportunities to advance -Low morale and no sense of community

      Pros

      Truly care about employees wellbeing and work/life balance, not just a slogan but lived daily. Some employees have worked their entire careers there with multiple generations working for the ocmpany.

      Cons

      Behind the times, out of touch with what it is like to be a designer with the lack of direction and structure. Disorganized and confused as to the direction of the company and how to address systemic problems. Worried about legal ramifications over planning and operational procedures.
