Cons
Politics, best engineers are retiring, new completely impersonal engineers being elected to the board. Current CEO is out of touch with reality, cold, impersonal. Not surprising clients are going elsewhere for their service. Waited until 5 minutes before quitting time to lay off 3 people with a combined 70 years of experience. Have watched them terminate many 50+ years old, solid workers in favor of hiring young, green employees that will work for peanuts. Claw your way to a competitive salary, and you're next on the list. Shame on you.
