Pros

401k, profit sharing, work schedule.

Cons

A lot of quality issues. Poor Quality Management System. Lack of operator’s training. Poor Management. High level positions are selected based on family ties or friendship and not based on education, competency, or background. Too many wastes like rework, a lot of scrap, too much inventory, forced overtime, and reprocessing. Old school mentality, hard to adapt to changes. Bad communication and lack of employees engagement. If you are a Yes person that will do what you are told even though it doesn’t feel right, this is the place for you. If you just want to push a button and get paid, this is the perfect place. If you want to grow professionally and succeed, this is not the right place for you.

Pros

Decent pay for entry level, everyone is great to work with, great benefits, optional overtime, and schedule.

Cons

Long hours, short breaks, old school machines, more about quantity instead of quality, company doesn’t want to calibrate/fix machines unless necessary.

Pros

I think B&M offers opportunities to work both night shift and day shift, giving more flexibility. I really like how supportive and approachable my department lead was .We could share anything with them. Higher pay during night shifts is a plus, and the company provides good medical coverage and a 401k.

Cons

Some coworkers tend to talk behind your back if you make a mistake or say the wrong thing, and news spreads quickly. This can create unnecessary stress in the workplace
