I was employed as a Graphic Designer at Azure Prism, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Without any prior communication or advisory, I was completely ghosted by the company—suddenly losing access to work chats and files. This abrupt action left me confused and disrespected, and it appears to have happened to others as well, as I noticed several deleted accounts in Slack message logs, likely previous employees who were also ghosted. Although I received my salary, the way this company treats its employees is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and respect for workers makes it a highly toxic environment. No job is worth the mental stress and trust issues caused by such treatment. Would not recommend working here.
