      Friendly people, friendly colleague. People are nice and easy going, least of conflict and politics in the company whole structure

      Cons

      -Uncertainty arise on daily basis. -hire and fire as and when they feel the need to -superb high turnover rate -CEO in control of everything, does not empower its employees at all level to make decent decisions -No clear directions, doing things blindly

      Friendly colleagues. Good exposure and learning experiences.

      Cons

      Management have little understanding on what is happening in ground level and make assumptions based on remarks of their direct superior without finding out the truth from the employee.
