      Pros

      Remote Work. Nice people to work with as long as you don't step on someones toes.

      Cons

      There is very poor communication between upper management and the rest of the employees. Training is largely self-reliant. Not the opportunity for you if you're coming from a different industry.

      Work from home, remote. Great training, every week. Nicest people, very professional. Decent pay and bonuses.

      None that I can think of.
