During my time in Azon over a 8m period I have personally witnessed 5 staff memebers been forced out of positions. There had been no warnings, no reviews just called into a meeting with the CEO an his minion where intimidation is used. Most recently I witnessed a staff member been called in because there CV was on a job site and that person was made resign. The minion scrolls through linked in to see who in the company is open to work and then confronts them about it, even when the linkedin status is set to private so an employer can't view. There is also severe micromanagement.. My manager at the time once called me 15 times in one day to see how things were in another office.. I calculated the time to be a total of 3 hrs wasted!!!! I have also withnessed a colleague ask There manager a question and the response was go google it!! In one office branch I have seen 4 out of 9 staff pushed out since Jan 2023! The CEO is an accountant and the minion has a qualification in law.. Well clearly they warent any good in there chosen profession and aren't in this profession either. You learn nothing in AZON
