      Extremely flexible work/life balance. Flexibility to work your territories as needed, AS LONG AS YOU PRODUCE. Decent benefit packages and vacation time.

      Cons

      Incompetent upper level management with consistently poor hiring decisions. The regional ASDs offer little to no value when it comes to selling the product or helping in the field.

      The culture, co workers and the way you didn’t get hassled if you had an emergency and had to call in.

      Pros

      Great company atmosphere, good pay, and great management. Smaller company so very personal.

      Cons

      No cons really. Every job has its good and bad days but I really enjoy Aytu.
