Pros
WLB for most people at the US office is good as most of the work is delegated to offshore teams. People at Associate level are helpful and since most of them are campus hires, they have a nice camaraderie among them WFH policy is pretty relaxed and flexible
Cons
1. Upper management doesn't care about you. A lot of folks from campus are unable to find projects where they could bill their hours for YEARS. 2. Seniors folks at the company will not bother to respond to you or care about you. 3. As a person who is interested in doing more technical work - stay away as you would mostly be doing a lot of project management stuff. 4. The project are quite redundant and boring and you don't really have a choice to work on something you like, as you would be desperate to find a project and will just hop on anything that comes your way. 5. The HR is not helpful in general and will find reasons not to promote you. 6. Don't expect to be promoted - I have seen people being at the associate level for more than 3 years.
