      Nice environment and good benefits, slow-paced

      Cons

      Pays just a little above market rate, so people won’t look for opportunities elsewhere. Busy doing repetitive tasks with no room for career development / advancement.

      Difficult to find one. The world is better without this one.

      Cons

      State companies are often inefficient or being mismanaged. This one is however by design and on purpose fulled by incompetent management
