The team (management, supervisor and colleagues) is professional, fun and pleasant to work with. The management/supervisor team is dynamic, knowledgeable and resourceful and willing to help agents achieve department, organizational goals. You are able to communicate with management and supervisors without feeling like there is a closed door policy. Every body works together as a team to achieve individual and department goals. There is an opportunity to earn an hourly income and maximize your income with commission.

The company’s focus on AI and automation was genuinely valuable. It provided opportunities to learn new skills and stay current with emerging technologies.

• Workloads were consistently extreme, leaving employees with no real relief or balance
• Employees were expected to work excessively long and exhausting hours on a constant basis
• Daily expectations were unrealistically high, creating a cycle of stress and disappointment
• The environment showed little regard for employee wellbeing or sustainable working conditions
• Burnout became a constant risk due to sustained pressure and lack of support
• Leadership showed no visible concern for struggling employees and failed to check in or offer help
• Communication and support from top leadership were largely absent during periods of high stress
• Colleagues were also overwhelmed and overworked, leaving little ability to provide meaningful support
• The overall atmosphere created isolation and frustration due to lack of assistance and empathy
