- No room for advancement in most departments
- Unless you have an Ivy League education don't expect a promotion
- Many upper management positions are held by young Ivy League grads with little to no experience
- Sales department gets all the glory. Training, Manufacturing, and Testing departments are treated like second class citizens.
- Despite the ludicrously high margins on the weapons they continue to try and drive costs lower, rather than focusing on quality.
- Very little energy is spent maintaining/improving existing products, once a product gets past the R&D stage there is no budget for fixing problems
- They say you have unlimited PTO, but there is a lot of pressure to keep working and there is a very good chance you'll be called during your vacation if you're ballsy enough to take one.
