Nice colleagues, friendly atmosphere, helpful. Loved the culture, but it was declining by the time I left. From five stars to three.
Cons
Management was decent but seemed stuck in a rut and in the past. The engineering side seemed more prone to foster ideas and inventions. In my department, some projects seemed like they just went on and on forever – effort vs payoff seemed unbalanced. Some people wanted to do more, to excel, but they're having a hard time getting their ideas to pass through the gates.
