Heres comes the but.. Fisrt I need to clarify that Im Latino so I know my people. It doesnt matter that Axis its a sweden company and all the branches outside try to adopt the swedish culture, in the case of LatinAmerica its still been managed by Latin people that it´s not always align with the company culture and as managers they are not taking decision with a clear mind. And in the case of LatinAmerica when you expose a mental health problem that its affecting your work, they only keep saying to work harder... Latinos been latinos.
