      Long-term executive leadership globally and locally Success of company has been based on long-term partnerships Strong emphasis on growth and continuing to invest in research and development Great opportunities across the Americas, the company allows you to move around to the next best role for you and Axis! Feels great to work for the market leader in network video!

      Cons

      Some growing pains due to fast growth, depending on which dept you are in, some may feel this more than others.

      Pros

      Management is very supportive and will encourage you to grow both in your role and the company. There are a lot of travel opportunities especially in sales. Inside sales takes on a lot of responsibilities with customers and your regional sales managers giving opportunities to grow leadership skills.

      Cons

      Inside sales does not make as much as outside sales. Depending on location, it can be tough to transition to new roles.
