Pros
Your luck might be good and you may have a good manager and high salaries compared to other PSP but nothing compared to high work volume
Cons
The rest are cons. Internet connection is awful yet they come and ask you why are the numbers for calls are low? You tell them I will work from home to secure a stable internet connection and they refuse. You are not allowed to discuss any issues or else you are a trouble maker. The promotions are not based on anything. Raises depend on nothing as well. Management in egypt's office is really awful and toxic. No one stays in this place unless they are obliged to or they don't have other options and every one is working very hard to leave the place. They don't care about your time or whatever you want they can even make you work on weekends and then wonder why people leave/why people are tired because of this job
