Weak Leadership, Fear-Driven Culture, Generally Not A Nice Place To Work - Account Manager Axion Risk Management Strategies Employee Review

Pros

Salary was decent and I had a lot of autonomy in my day-to-day. Coworkers were decent.

Cons

Incompetent leadership plagued by a "fear-culture" that comes directly from the owner/founder. I ultimately left because of poor decision making skills from the owner and his Vice President. I would whole heartedly advice not taking a job at Axion if you are offered a position. As I learned after leaving, Axion caries a poor reputation in the industry. Google 'Axion RMS' and 'lawsuits' and you'll see examples of frivolous lawsuits of Axion suing former employees and clients. Best to not get involved with them.

We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry that you had a negative experience, particularly as it relates to the owner. A sales-driven culture is not for everyone. In response to the lawsuits, the results of the Google search all refer to the same lawsuit in which Axion is trying to protect it’s current employees and intellectual property. Again, we appreciate the feedback as that yields growth and wish you well in your future endeavors.

Cons

Commute for those in the city. Makes up for it with the hybrid remote scheduling.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your experience with us. Your feedback is valuable and appreciated. We’re sorry to hear that our training programs did not meet your expectations and that the in-office mandate was challenging for you. We acknowledge the need to enhance our training programs to better support our team members. We find that having everyone in the office together is most effective to make them more relevant and engaging. We also understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we have a one-day-a-week in-office requirement. This approach aims to balance the need for in-person collaboration with the benefits of remote work, supporting both productivity and work-life balance. Thank you again for your feedback.
