It's an unprofessional environment, but it can be a fun family type of atmosphere. Employees are a little immature, but they like to laugh. Good stepping stone for someone with limited experience. Can be a great place to learn and then move on from.
Cons
Limited benefits and no growth opportunity, unprofessional work environment and dumpy office. No structure, review process or HR Department. Senior Leadership acts like the mickey mouse club, making changes with out reason or communication which often leads to low morale and instability among employees.

Flexible work schedule. Work flexible hours. Telecommuting encouraged during inclement weather. International travel opportunities. Diverse subject matter and project development work.
Cons
Small company. Difficult to be motivated if you are not able to self-manage your time.
The office on Broadway was clean, they are right in the heart of time square very easy to get to.

The Recuriter that I worked with was not very compassionate, I had a lot of problems with my placement she did not seem to care at all. Many people at my job was very displeased with placement and she would simply tell them "be happy you have a job". She would tell people a job title and when they get to the job it is nothing that they originially expected. She isn't concerned with the "person" as much as she is with her paycheck. Wouldn't work at Axion LLC again!
