      Pros

      Decentralized(WFH), great hands-on experience, exposure to several different systems and technologies, face-to-face client interaction and warm team atmosphere, full benefits

      Cons

      On the lower end of the compensation spectrum for similar positions in the market. Site trips can happen sporadically or without warning so you have to be flexible and be ready to dispatch if the situation calls for it.
