Poorly run company - Project Director Axiom Real-Time Metrics Employee Review

My experience with this company left a lot to be desired. One of the biggest issues was dealing with HR, which often felt shady and far from transparent. Instead of addressing concerns directly, they tended to deflect or minimize problems, which made it hard to trust the process when employees needed support. The company also heavily leaned on the “we are a family” narrative. While that might sound positive at first, in practice it sometimes felt like a way to discourage criticism or justify poor decisions. Instead of fostering genuine support, the phrase often came across as a substitute for real accountability and professional boundaries. Overall lack of transparency in HR, questionable practices, and overuse of the “family” rhetoric made it difficult to feel confident in the organization’s leadership and processes.
