Employee treated as contract labor The Indian entity treats employees as labor and tries to squeeze every hour worth of work from them. Horrible culture, where they hire and fire mid and junior employees with no consequences. Double standards on how the India head offers vacation and time off for himself but doesn't let an employee work from home for a day. I am still recovering from trauma.
