Pros
The industry is good, and the back office and middle office teams are brilliant. I have never encountered a team that understand pricing, risk and technology quite so well. They're supported by a brilliant team producing an in house risk analysis tool, full of super smart people.
Cons
The product technology (the team that make the app and website) are absolutely useless.
The team is run by a guy in India who is really good at saying yes, and really bad at getting things actually done. Thankfully, management are losing patience and I have high hopes that they'll just ditch all the useless tech and start over.
