However, we’re sorry to read that your overall experience with Awaze didn’t meet your expectations and we would like to address your concerns. We understand your concerns around flexibility during working hours. While we aim to maintain service standards for both guests and owners, we also recognise the importance of employee wellbeing. Recent changes to break times, based on employee survey responses, reflect our efforts to improve in this area and we’ll continue listening and adapting where we can. In terms of overtime, we follow legal and company guidelines to ensure proper compensation. Occasional gestures such as pizza days are simply intended as tokens of appreciation and not substitutes for fair pay. We are committed to supporting growth and development across the team, and we’re proud that many of our current team leaders and managers have progressed internally. We’re sorry if you didn’t feel your development was prioritised or your contributions recognised—that’s something we take seriously and want to do better. We also acknowledge the challenges of frontline roles, especially when dealing with difficult customer interactions.
