Good company - Senior Software Engineer Awato Employee Review

It's not a run to your death company. Relaxed culture, work-based learning, good people, provided laptops. A product in education that helps people plan their future.

The pay could be a little better, but overall, nice place.

They're willing to give people without a lot of experience a chance. They are all very funny, easygoing, and awesome to work with. I liked the mix of working independently, from home, on some days and collaboratively, in-office, on other days. They are hard-working but also create a relaxed environment by allowing everyone to chat and get to know each other, buying lunch for employees, and allowing everyone to dress as they wish.

While my goals and the goals of the company ultimately branched apart, I don't think that represents a flaw with the company at all. I would highly recommend those looking for work apply to Awato, and I wish the Awato team the best as they use their innovative software to help people find careers.
