      - Poorly communicated strategic plans - Typical corpo mentality - Unclear pay rise rules, pay ranges are known only to HR - No plan for inflation pay rise - Mfg plant is far from large cities - Lublin (>1hr), Warsaw (~45mins)

      See latest varied product offerings Can buy some samples & products @ discount

      Cons

      Need to find your own customers, many not home. Spend much time on computer, entering orders precisely. Trying to co- ordinate customers deliveries, for you to get their payments, so that you're not stuck for the bill & excess (some made in China mdse) products. Quite a lot effort for smaller $.
