Pros
Company has strong culture supporting work-life balance and flex-time schedules. Good benefits. Good learning opportunities. Majority of the employees who work here are uber talented and treat co-workers with mutual respect and understanding regardless of rank, title or background. Friendly atmosphere and culture.
Cons
The company struggles to maintain talent due to constant structure ...and now location changes. Aside from high turnover there have been yearly layoffs that effect most departments and locations worldwide. These reorganization decisions have frequently cut functions to save costs but left gaping holes without solid plans communicating how to fix. As the teams get smaller and shuffled around, the same work seems to churn over and over without getting anywhere. Many in upper management struggle to understand how to connect and bring in younger consumers or maintain reps. Good product ideas are either killed or take so long to launch with so many costs cut, they tend to miss the boat which has already sailed.
